As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with convenient amenities and a comfortable atmosphere that catered to my needs.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance readily available from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and accommodating, having additional support for activities or recommendations would have been helpful for a more seamless and enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Innsbruck just next door to the old town, and a good area. Location was magnificent and peaceful, very close to the city centre. Dined at Happy Asia once or twice, it's at walking distance from the apartment. Had fast check in. We could enjoy views out to the mountains😀

Everything was fine, me and my relative really enjoyed the stay. The owner met me and explained everything. It was perfect and peaceful on a hill.

I was able to stay connected and share all my amazing Innsbruck adventures with my friends and family back home. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area. I even got to indulge in some skiing and take in the breathtaking views of the Nordkette Mountains and Hofgarten Park.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a big terrace that provided a breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains. The apartment itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Sara, was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time at Apartment Zittera.

The terrace is wonderful- comfy sofas and a view out to the mountains! Location great- nice and quiet. Italian restaurant across the road highly recommended! The apartment is beautifully appointed, very spacious and modern. Host Sara is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Large, private balcony is an added bonus. Excellent view of the snow-capped mountains from the room.
